Together, they collaborate to develop, integrate, and leverage intellectual properties across platforms — driving original content, partnerships, and licensing opportunities. This integrated approach ensures a dynamic pipeline from concept to commercialization.

STM Studios
STM Studios is the creative space division focused on producing engaging contents for today’s entertainment audience. Its first project, "MOMO 1 Open", launching in 2026, is a bold new reimagining of pro basketball competition — an electrifying sports and entertainment experience built to bring the game back to its purest roots: passion, creativity, intensity, and fun. Designed to break away from traditional formats, M1 Open’s mission is to elevate basketball to a new era of global competition and fan engagement.
STM Labs
STM Labs is a design lab focused on developing innovative games for the gaming industry. It aims to build a wide range of original gaming concepts that reflect the changing tastes of today’s market. The lab’s first game to be released in 2026, "Taojin", is a fast-paced dice game that blends strategy and luck to create an exciting new casino experience. With each new release, STM Labs strives to push creative boundaries and deliver memorable games to players around the world.
STM Ventures
STM Ventures focuses on turning the company’s ideas and technologies into valuable business opportunities. Its goal is to generate revenue by marketing, licensing, and forming partnerships around STM's intellectual properties. The team works with different groups to find the best ways to bring these ideas to market. On November 2025, the venture group officially launched its crypto token "Taojin", a utility token inspired by STM's inagural game and built to power the company's gaming and rewards ecosystem.
