Every vision starts with a spark

What Drives Us

We are driven by a mission to innovate and deliver exciting new games that redefine the casino and social gaming experience. Our goal is to also create immersive entertainment content inspired by these games, offering players and non-gaming players more ways to engage and enjoy. By doing so, we aim to build a stronger, more connected global gaming community.

The First Spark

(2025) STM Gaming — Start the Magic — was born from a spark of curiosity. Its founder, Nigel Mamon, first became fascinated by the rise of casino gaming content on social media, watching influencers share their thrilling wins and losses from slot machines and table games. A casual player himself, Nigel wasn’t a hardcore gambler — he had learned the basics of blackjack as a teenager and brought with him a mindset shaped by years of equity investing: one of calculated risks and strategic thinking.

For many, gambling still carries a stigma, often whispered about and criticized as a reckless vice. But Nigel began to notice a shift. The social restrictions around casino gaming was fading. Influencers were not just gambling — they were building followers around the world. Their audiences were growing, conversations were happening, and the term “gambling” was being reframed as social entertainment.

“Ideas mean nothing — until you act.” – Nigel Mamon

What stood out to Nigel wasn’t the high-stakes players — it was the everyday people, tourists and casual gamers, who simply enjoyed the thrill of the game. He realized there was a story worth telling — one that celebrated the social side of gaming without glamorizing excess.

That vision led to the creation of STM Gaming’s Studio and its first media project: Stackmasters — a content-driven gaming show that explores the world of recreational casino play through challenges, tournaments, and community-driven fun. It’s not about watching someone chase a big win — it’s about capturing the shared excitement, strategy, and social connection that make casino gaming more than just a gamble.

Creating the Next Big Bet

After years of playing blackjack, Nigel began to expand his horizons into other classic casino games, immersing himself in the intricacies of baccarat, roulette, and craps. Despite the popularity of poker, it never held much appeal for him. A self-proclaimed finance geek with a passion for numbers, Nigel was more intrigued by the underlying mechanics of these games than by the gameplay itself. His curiosity led him down a path of deep research into probability theory, house edge dynamics, gaming regulations and license, and even the psychology that fuels the global gaming industry.

He became fascinated not just with how the games are played, but with why they work — what keeps players engaged, what drives excitement, and how casinos deliver a consistent sense of entertainment. This journey sparked a second realization: while technology and presentation had evolved, the core structure of most casino games had remained virtually unchanged for decades. Table games still followed the same mechanics, and slot machines, while visually dynamic, were mostly re-skins of existing formats with different themes and bonus structures.

It was this insight that ignited Nigel’s entrepreneurial spark. He saw a rare opportunity to innovate in an industry that had largely settled into tradition. What if he could design a new casino game —something that was not only mathematically sound and regulatory – compliant but also delivered a fresh kind of entertainment? With this vision in mind, he began months of intense research, game theory modeling, and creative development, determined to craft something truly different.

The result of this effort was the formation of STM Labs, the intellectual property and innovation arm. Its first creation: Taojin, a dice game designed to challenge the status quo of traditional casino offerings. Taojin reflects Nigel’s belief that even a traditional industry like gaming has room for bold, fresh ideas — if you’re willing to roll the dice.
